As someone accustomed to excellence, he envisioned a higher standard — one that combined luxury with measurable medical outcomes.

Renee, a nurse and healthcare executive with over 20 years of hands-on experience, saw those same shortcomings from inside the system. She witnessed patients being overlooked, rushed, and reduced to numbers. Driven by a passion for reform, she set out to build a practice where medicine returned to its roots — personal, intentional, and accountable.

Kim, a highly skilled RN known for her precision and compassion, shared that same frustration. Despite her dedication to helping patients achieve real progress, she was underutilized and undervalued in traditional medical settings. She knew that patients deserved more — and that providers like her could deliver it if given the right platform.

As a result, OMG was born — not as another clinic, but as a movement in modern concierge medicine.

A U.S. Navy veteran, former police officer, and lifelong fitness professional, Robert founded Opulence Medical Group with a mission to merge discipline, performance, and modern medicine. His vision is clear: to help clients achieve peak health, confidence, and longevity through concierge-level care and advanced therapies.

Beyond his professional achievements, Robert is a dedicated fitness enthusiast whose personal wellness journey inspired OMG’s model. From peptide protocols and testosterone optimization to vitamin injectables and regenerative treatments, Robert ensures that every OMG client has access to cutting-edge solutions delivered in a seamless, luxury-driven format. His leadership reflects strength, integrity, and a commitment to helping others look, feel, and perform at their absolute best.

Renee Coleman — Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

With more than 18 years of nursing experience and multiple degrees in Healthcare Management and Business Administration, Renee brings unmatched expertise, vision, and leadership to Opulence Medical Group.

Her leadership is deeply personal. Once pre-diabetic and struggling with chronically low iron and PCOS, she lost 76 pounds with the help of tirzepatide, recently transitioned to retatrutide, embraced peptides, and optimized her health through daily workouts and injectables.

Today, she lives a life of balance, vitality, and strength — embodying the OMG promise: not just to offer elite care, but to live it. Still on her journey, Renee plans to lose another 50 pounds and invites clients to follow along on OMG’s social media.

Her philosophy: Luxury healthcare should not be reserved for celebrities or the ultra-wealthy. At OMG, we believe that everyone deserves to live as their absolute best self — inside and out!

Kimberly Casas, RN — Director of Concierge Nursing

With over 13 years of healthcare experience, Kimberly is the cornerstone of OMG’s patient care experience. She specializes in IV therapy, infusion services, vitals, therapeutic injectables, peptide protocols, GLP-1 therapy, testosterone support, and advanced infusion treatments.

Bilingual and passionate about holistic wellness, Kimberly empowers patients with education and care. As a proud mother of three, she balances family life with elite nursing leadership — embodying the warmth, trust, and concierge excellence that define OMG.
